Then I order without the reship option and my barcode works for a while. According to track-trace it arrives in my country. Then nothing happens for months, and my barcode stops working and their track and trace program says the package doesn't exist. I ask them to reship, and they agree to reship half of my order. Barcode hasn't changed, it doesn't work on track trace but it works on internationalparceltracking.com. Been "In transit" for over a month. I ask them how this is possible, "We don't now" is their answer.
